Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Buckler Systems and our clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics, business performance, and growth strategies to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and build strategic alliances.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the defense or automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
