Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business development initiatives and supporting the team in achieving strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Handle incoming communications and prioritize them for the CEO and Business Development team.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of business development projects and initiatives.
    • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project completion.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
    • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
  • Client Relations:
    • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents.
    • Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Organize and coordinate business development events, conferences, and meetings.
    • Handle logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communication.
    • Ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably within the business development or sales sector.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or defense industry is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
