Job Summary:
The IT and E-Commerce Specialist will oversee Buckler Systems’ IT infrastructure and e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations, user experience, and security. This role bridges IT support, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage website upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user engagement.
- Install and configure hardware and software, providing technical support to employees.
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce platforms for traffic, SEO, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to update digital assets and campaigns.
- Implement security protocols and resolve vulnerabilities promptly.
- Analyze e-commerce data to forecast trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and support the company’s IT systems, including networks and accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support and e-commerce operations.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and IT security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
