Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets. The role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in customer engagement, brand promotion, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Buckler Systems’ products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
