Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve Buckler Systems’ business objectives. This role involves strategy development, team leadership, and performance monitoring to maximize market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure goal alignment.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategies.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for senior management.
- Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a management role within sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or armouring manufacturingindustry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.
