Buckler Systems Limited is the parent company of five focused subsidiaries — spanning defence and mobility, rail infrastructure, solar energy, vehicle finishing, and specialised construction. Buckler Land Systems, our flagship subsidiary, designs and manufactures military and civilian armoured vehicles; the other four extend the Group into rail, energy and industrial sectors.

Mr. Wemimo Ogunde (SAN)
Mr. Wemimo Ogunde is the Founder and Principal Counsel of the firm. He is a leading Senior Advocate of Nigeria as well as a former Attorney General of Ogun State. Since his call to the Nigerian bar in 1983, he has practised as a lawyer and over the years, he has distinguished himself in the legal profession as an intelligent and experienced lawyer who achieved excellence through dedication and integrity

An accomplished, multi – skilled Nigerian Army General and professional with 35 years of disciplined, unblemished and meritorious experience in leadership, Security/National Defence, Engineering, Defence Industry, Entrepreneurship, Management, Policy and Strategic Spheres. Extensive knowledge of the Defence Industry as the President Defence Industry Association of Nigeria (DIAN) and Director General, Defence Industry Corperation of Nigeria (DICON).
Excellent, working practice in Design, Civil Construction Works and Production Engineering as the Director of Army Works and COREN certified engineer. As an award winner for Innovation, I have been involved on many boards and companies as both member and consultant because of wide range of expertise in standards, evaluation and administrative proficiencies over the years. Now seeking next challenging role where I can add value to enhance revenue growth through development of innovative strategies.
Olatunji Omotoriogun
Olatunji Omotoriogun is a seasoned Military Vehicle Engineer and Business leader with a wealth of experience in armoured vehicle design, prototyping, testing and production, ordnance equipment production, and military equipment supply. He is a Chevening Alumnus and graduate of Military Vehicle Technology from the prestigious Cranfield University/Defence Academy of the United Kingdom.

Oluwatoyin Omotoriogun
Oluwatoyin Omotoriogun is a seasoned HR practitioner with expertise across various industry segments such as consulting, oil and gas, as well as retail. Prior to her appointment as the Executive Director, Corporate Governance at the company, she worked for Persianas Retail Limited, the leading Retail company in Nigeria, and a part of Persianas Group, where she served as the Head of Human Resources, having direct responsibility to the Board for the strategic management of all human resources functions, as well as setting up structure of rules, practices and processes by which a company is directed.
Oluwatoyin started her career in the consulting industry, working for KPMG Professional Services as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant. While at KPMG, Oluwatoyin worked with various industries such as Consumer Market, Insurance, Financial Services, Oil and Gas etc, with responsibilities ranging from Market Intelligence (compensation benchmarking), HR ad organisational policies, training and development, Remuneration and Benefit Reports, Pay Structure Design etc. Her training, experience, and certifications covers a broad spectrum of strategic human resources functions ranging from talent management & development, human resources, recruitment, and compensation.
She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources and has a Bachelor’s degree in Demography and Social Statistics from Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, A diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Wales (UK). She is also a member of WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
